Hi. I was recently inspired to make a song about mental health issues with an important message — if you need to talk, reach out to me. Sometimes the best help we get in life is from people who don’t know us, I can confirm. As an artist, I know how hard it is to deal with the depression and pain that comes with having a creative brain.
